i had to write you and tell you how extremely happy i am that i found your product.
My 5 year old son is bi-racial so he has fine curly super long hair. He went swimming and
the chlorine totally matted his entire head up. i tried multiple products with no luck.
i didn't want to cut his hair and due to the covid19 stay at home order, all the barbershops were closed.
i ordered your product and like you stated, it's imperative that you have patience.
I used my rat tail comb along with a thicker size rat tail too for the bigger matted areas.
i worked on a small section every other day just to give his head a rest.
Toddlers are very tender headed. 12 days later (6 sessions) and i completely removed all the mats and tangles.
that was the best feeling in the world. I washed and conditioned his hair last night and it's amazingly healthy.
