Matted Hair can look like matted grass.
Obviously matted hair is just as much as an eye sore as matted grass is on the lawn. How ever it is simply shaved out with a lawn mower. It is stepped on, digged in, and complained about.
People suggest all the time that matted tangled hair should just be cut or shaved off. "How do you just cut or shave off matted tangled hair".
